You sound like your out, even though a few minutes ago you said you were in for the long haul!
Any explorer will have a limited amount of cash, so if there are a number of prospects, they would have to decide which ones to focus those funds. Also, there would have been any number of reasons for the way they proceeded.
The Burraga site was just one of many I suppose and it didn't get the go at the time...
