The cap and collar was a requirement of the financiers....another of the many reasons why the Company needs to reduce its debt.....the best share performance has been when it had no debt and was able to reinvest its cashflows in exploration.....AMU have cut the exploration considerably in the last 12 months in meeting interest and principal repayments.

For those who cant acknowledge the company needs to pay down the debt faster than it is able to with its own cashflows clearly have their heads in the sand.

As far as dilution goes I would rather have a smaller piece of something that is able to go forward and able to maximise the potential of its assets than a bigger piece of something that is stuck in mud like the company has been for the last 12 months.

Clearly the 43 cent share price was an example of the company trying to get the share price up - it cam directly after presentations, roadshows and media coverage and unfortunately it appears couldnt be sustained.

It cant be forgotten the company has a 12 year history not a 3 year history and there are 3 directors who have been part of building a company from scratch to a company with very valuable assets today........all Company's have their rocky periods and I believe AMU is heading down the right path to position the company for financial strength and growth.

To criticise the company for expensive professional adviser reviews is completely irrational AMU's corporate overheads have always been run efficiently and on a tight budget and management can't be criticised for acting in the interests of shareholders and obtaining independent advice with respect to the strategic direction of the Company.

Further never has 10's of millions been spent on ARW.....8 million in cash over 5 years.....the inability of uninformed shareholders to understand the balance sheet carrying value of ARW which was written down and then off was an accounting entry required by Accounting standards recognised initially as part of the ARW IPO divestment.
