and some posters have even shorter memories. Yeah sure oil was $35bbl. Its now $75 and the SP has dropped even further. BUT and this is the key point OIL was $147.. and AMU's share price continued to drop all thru that period in spite of $147 oil and $14 gas.

All things considered it doesn't really matter what any of us think the SP has been dropping for 3 years and no-one has been able to pinpoint a single factor that will turn that around - NOT when POO $147 couldn't, Wylie and Peacock on the bd couldn't, new US op's management and JV's couldn't, discoveries couldn't etc etc etc .
