I think CVC's reasoning behind voting no makes a lot of sense. It certainly makes you wonder about the board!! What does the current capital raising do for current shareholders? What was the recommendations of the last review? hmmmm, I sold out as soon as amu came out of trading halt... stuffed up and still hold 200 shares, so still a holder.
Debt was being reduced, it may have taken a bit longer but once debt is gone and regular div's get paid the market has to take notice. If the fundamentals are good then there comes a time where real value has to be realised. I'm not a longterm holder (two years on and of) like some and haven't invested a great deal in amu, was certainly planning on it and prior to the cap raising was just waiting for the continous selling to slow before investing more. Will wait and see what happens, still looks good on fundamentals I imagine.
