the wylie group have 2 reps on the Board the capital raising wouldnt have gone ahead without their support and the support of the other major shareholders....there is always one or two painful shareholders in these things who like to whinge and cant see the big picture.....great work CVC you are complaining about management but are doing wonders for the share price with your notice which ultimately I expect will just end up costing AMU shareholders money in legal fees...quite brilliant. I think amount the AMU Board members there are enough informed experienced minds to work out what is best for the Company and what they need.....I think if they had of continued to use their cashflows to plug away at their debt the Company and the share price wouldnt have continued to slide.....I believe once these meetings are over we will see the share price in excess of 40 cents within months.
