Just reading the Notice of General Meeting.

Don't mind the idea of perfomance rights, especially to Les who has being driving this mammoth project in PNG terrain. I do see that they are well paid and the performance rights are attached to termination.

I would have liked to have seen to the performance rights attached to a complete bankable feasibility study with a set IRR minimium to drive towards project realisation.

These resolutions maybe also some sort of protection for a takeover possibility of MGO (golden parachute), don't mind that either as I think it will be well justified at a reasonable offer price, but again I would would like to see it tighened up and spelt onto in the rights issue.

Just my thoughts... am I being mean?
