That's probably why they are trading significantly under NTA.
At the end of the day, 'management' want to be too smart, the market knows this and applies an appropriate discount.
In TOP's case though I would say that this actually backfires. TOP insiders hold significant quantity of the shares of TOP on issue. So its essentially left hand paying right hand, and with the market suspicious, actually TOP insiders are loosing because they tried to be too smart.
That's probably why they are trading significantly under NTA.At...
