This is the big negative about this stock. They have a lot of cash in the bank but they will need it to pay out the bonuses and there won't be much left to work with and purchase stakes in additional companies. Very greedy because at the end of the day it caps further share price appreciation which ultimately is a negative for the directors as well (as they hold a large % of the stock).
