The description of the Class C Performance Shares are:

166,666,666 performance shares upon achievement by the company of the reported annual revenue in a financial year from operations (excluding grant receipts and other income) of at least $10,000,000. If unconverted, Class C Performance Shares will expire after 60 months.

The closing date of the prospectus offer was Late September 2015 and the re-quotation on the ASX was Mid-October 2015.

I'm unsure whether it's 60months from Late September or Mid October 2015. I personally don't care enough but it might be worthwhile if someone contacts FBR to seek clarification on the exact expiration date of the Class C Performance Shares.

Or @Armsofanangel, do you know the exact date given that you benefit from them achieving this?
