I'm unsure whether Ash or yourself are specifically referring to myself but I tagged AoaA as he physically benefits ($$) from FBR achieving the Performance milestones so from my perspective was the most likely to be aware of the specific expiration date.
I am admittedly somewhat jaded by how FBR (from my perspective) disingenuously achieved the Class A & B Milestones due to technicalities in the wording/phrasing but achieving the Class C shares (I.e $10mil rev on the income statement) would be a significant positive for the company.
I get the feeling that it will be an interesting few months for FBR holders!
