performance of sandalwood plantations

Hello All

Is anyone here that is promoting TFC also a holder of the underlying MIS? I would be interested to know what feedback they are getting on the growth of their plantations especially the older ones, perhaps 7-8 years of age? I have heard of some experiences where the host plants die off and are not replaced adequately and this is impinging on the sandalwood survival from about mid life cycle onward. In some cases the survival rates can plummet. As this is a new species in Australia we are very much in new territory and would be good to have some comfort on this issue.
