Ive had a read through the Appendix 3b announcements.
It says here that upon a binding farmin agreement or the sp reaching 10c or more for 10 days, 250,000,000 unlisted options will be released to the 3rd party.
Note the word unlisted options. There 250,000,000 shares will not be released upon the announcement as mentioned by others. Although the excercise price is close to nothing, they would still need to be exercised which does not happen automatically as far as I'm aware.
Therefore there could be plenty of upside before they take effect.
