You are correct PE she did same as Gurry a token gesture to 'window dress' that they did indeed believe in the company same as the road show farce was to appease the relevant authorities that the 'right thing' was being done by minority SH's an absolute piss take to further achieve the outcome that the majority SH desires,and unfortunately all at our own expense, the system is broken more transparency and accountability is required if investors are to have trust in the boards that run companies
