so am i reading this correct guys !!!!, if by 31st of december we are not taken over or funding has not been signed off and ready to be drawn down for construction as per the construction time table !!!, so no money , no take over , no shares ,

and all this to be done in the next 2 months , they have given him a very tight dead line or they know one of the options is going to happen , if i was a betting man and i have been with sdl for the past 7 years then we may be in for a surprise , this may also explain the other point in regard to share price going from 5c too 15c , but i would be hoping for a higher rise then that ,
