So this guy gets $21,000 a week to do a job that many would covet!! The way corporate practice and governance has gone over the past decade is alarming. We pay him $21k a week to do a job but if he does it well we need to give him a reward. That seems to me to be quite extraordinary. For most of us we are paid a fair stipend for a fair days work and the motivation should be that if we don't do our job well then someone else will be given their chance at the $21k a week. I know its more complicated than that but should not be. If he does not get the resolution passed can we expect him to work at half pace because he is not adequately compensated?
