    Interesting reading about the performance rights propsosed to be issued in Nic Clift on completion of certain performance criteria(eg selling TH etc)

    "In all cases, the Performance Rights
    proposed to be issued to Mr Clift are subject
    to the volume weighted average price of the
    Company’s shares on the ASX for the period
    of 20 trading days immediately preceding
    31 December 2012 equalling or exceeding
    $0.35 per share (Share Price Criteria"

    35 cents a share of he can achieve that by the end of the year I will be happy.
