I like the fact that the directors are happy to accept shares in lieu of fees in cash. Imo - that is proof of faith in the company's future.
However, what do you think about the additional 136m shares' dilution impact?
Also, how do you see sp behaving as a result of this AGM business, which would likely be passed?
