Was expecting to hear from independent expert(E&Y) by end of month, but they do have until before lodgement of scheme booklet (due mid FEB). Note the end date is far from set in stone and can allow up to 4 months after end of May OR a date agreed by both parties.I will be more confident when ESA from Congo approved and mining permit agreed.I expect this after end of FEB (just my opinion) and hence end of MAY could be pushed out?

Should be hearing things from all fronts soon, imo.
