Goldenx - I thought that is what I was saying (If I'm not misunderstanding you). With the shares they already hold at this point in time, if they do their jobs and "build" the share value they also increase their own wealth. I understand that their salaries may be a little more conservative than some, but IMO what they are asking is a little on the excessive side, when you add that to what they already hold, and have already received.

I've been holding OBJ since 2005 so I am getting a little tired of hearing some say price at the moment is not important, and not important if it goes down, to be patient. WTF!!!!!!

My patience is running thin. I'm looking to cash in a little and improve my lifestyle (but not at these levels)......after 9 nine years .

I ain't getting any younger.
