    I really do not like the wording of the "licence fees" in milestone 3 as you have alluded to smac (great job by the way)
    Why not simplify and make it "all product revenue" or the like as that is exactly what it is by glyns explanation, i dont understand the reasoning behind veil "license" when it clearly is not the case under any other definition but OBJs imo.
