Performance Rights Milestone Clarification, page-30

I really have many issues with the performance rights.
The specifics of each condition are imo easily manipulated to be met (perfect example is milestone 3 and the fact that licence fees are in fact any revenue from a product sale)
Also, the amount of shares given imo are excessive to the extreme side. i would have thought a more acceptable amount would have been 250,000 shares issued per milestone.

I own a large holding and am not going anywhere as I like the prospects its just been a bit of a dampner on proceedings and sp movement.
