I think they know very well the price is only going to be much higher and they won't be able to ask for this many shares in the future as it will represent to big a money grab ... It is prudent to move on it now especially now knowing how hostile some of the shareholders attitudes regarding these performance bonuses.
they would also be aware of how negative share holders are about selling shares understandably and so now is probably the only real chance they are going to be able to grab a big chunk of shares, at a price that is only going to go higher .... AND THEY KNOW IT, so I am supportive only because I personally have been rewarded and have complete trust in Glyn's management ... Even if this is a bit of a money grab.
