Hi All,
Just thinking out loud here,
Could it be they are wanting to grab these extra performance shares now to lessen their individual tax liability in the future.
They know what is coming, if it's as great as we all hope then the SP will be much higher and so will their personal tax bills if they ask for these extra shares down the track.
BTW, I voted No.
