ok I can see I wont win this one, but surely 350k plus is fair reward for:

, there is just a difference of opinion of what constitutes fair reward at this point in time for directors who have spent a large part of their last few working years focused on building a successful company'
its not as if they have gone without mac!

do you get paid a salary/drawings and on top of that a large % of your total remuneration package for working hard, even those results aren't tangible and further more done nothing to increase shareholder wealth?
