Surprised it was pumped so much on that announcement. Patent notice wouldn't normally do that I would think. Most likely broker initiated to bring some new skin into the game and now the dump back to low 70's, unless they can pull something else out of the hat.
Really can't see why it takes a full month to calculate the quarterly, although most companies seem to wait until the last minute to release.
