Not quite right, with Mineral Resources as a joint partner and puting large ammounts of their cash into one of the projects and that includes using their engineering facility to build the plant required.
The distance Reed have come and the tenders that they are checking out I reckon that even a large capital raising will prove worthwhile. I for one will increase my holding as I also have Mineral Resources in my portfolio.
