I would like to urge every shareholder to vote NO to the approval for grant of performance rights to Managing Director Timothy Harris since I see currently no justification looking at the sales performance of the company. Come up with some good sales data and I will be more than happy to reward the managing staff with extra benefits on top of their, in my opinion, generous salaries. If I were Tim I would take Resolution 4 off the agenda to show shareholders a bit of humility. My vote is a big NO.
