Any opinions?
Imo the first 5,000,000 seems out of order. Not sure why the word performance should be used as 13.4 cents should be a cake walk and they have been rewarded for that work.
The heads at 13.5 cents gives Gander and Svanbayev $675k. Not convinced they desrve that.
They already have 24,400,000 and 10,000,000 respectively so the incentive to perform is already high.
2nd tranche gives them $1.34M at 27 cents.
The 3rd tranche gives them $3M at 40c.
So should we reach a market cap of $300,000,000 or produce 500,000 barrells of oil Gander and Svanbayev receive $5M each.
2nd and 3rd issue cleary measures performance any opinions on the numbers?
