    James is asking us to approve the granting of 3 million performance rights to him at the AGM. He is very well paid already, these are free rights he is asking for, not options. What does he think he is? A banker?

    I am voting for resolutions 1 to 5 and 12 at the AGM and AGAINST resolutions 6 to 11.
