    Just saw David Harris' 3Y and noticed he has racked up over 550,000 shares as "performance rights". How does that work again? Oh yes, when you manage the company in a competent and intellegent way, furthering the company's prospects and benefiting its shareholders, you get given shares as a reward. What an absolute travesty!!
