    I have a bit of a concern when a few million performance rights shares are given to directors, when the share price is around 10% under water, compared to the IPO price( 89c). I am about 11% up, plus a small dividend, so I am not whining over losses. Just think performance rights should be wound back ,if the shares are not performing well!
