Performance rights??

Ok I do a lot of reading of discussions, follow KAI, watch broadcasts and get the gist of what is happening on this share. But I cannot see justification in giving directors what looks to be huge bonuses?( Correct me if I'm wrong in what the performance rights share issues are)

I mean we know (for the pilbara) what cost it actually costs to get dececent samples rather then taking a metal detector out for a spin and counting that as their exploration??

I'm in this for the long run, but am disappointed how easily the business gives themselves bonuses for very very basic results.

Just my opinion, needed to vent a little. Happy for all opinions and expertise on the matter.
