45mill performance shares were issued to directors in 2014. 3 milestones, 5mill each for each of 3 directors. Milestones 2 and 3 are not going to be converted so in the end 15mill performance shares are to be converted. Can't remember the exact date they were issued but the share price was around 10c so valued at what around $1.5mill then? Their value is less than $750K now. So it's a little but mischievous to be claiming they are worth $4.7mill. It's not even a physical cash outlay , so no effect on cash on hand. Time to move on methinks.
