Our Fully Diluted no. of shares are 2325 million, this is including performance shares that will be released once 3rd milestone of 100 GWh achievement.
At 100 GWh we will be looking for a market cap of 100 - 150 Million. Based on Fully Diluted no. of shares (2325 Million) we'll be looking for $ 0.043 to $0.064 Per share.
Now , according to State One's research, 100 GWh should be reached by end of June, with Current conversion rate of 10 % increase per month, it can be achieved by March/April.
100 GWh is magic a number, we'll be very happy to achieve that target and will be more than happy to pay performance shares to those who deserves it and will hold tightly with future vision.
