Just read through the resolutions for the AGM and will be voting...

Just read through the resolutions for the AGM and will be voting for the new performance right shares for the directors, as I have always thought the vesting conditions have always been favorable for shareholders.

But as a long term holder who has held shares when Jupiter where involved in palm oil and held through the 15 to 1 consolidation , I will not be voting to extend the vesting date for past performance rights.

I believe the next few years will add significant value to my Jupiter portfolio which I will be hanging on to, but I to feel the pain of holding these shares which have currently underperformed and are really 2 to 3 years behind where they should be.
