The AGM proposes that the PYL take restrictions off the class of shares that the performance shares are. Consolidating them into another class (A,B,C etc)of share. So that they can accurately asses how many shares are in each category.
The conditions of the Performance Shares will stay the same regarding when they can be accessed.
So in summary the company is reshuffling the deck to make it all look neater for administration and number crunching purposes.
The company is not proposing a change to the timeframe that performance shareholders can access their entitled shares.
