Hey Sean,
Great find. It's encouraging to see that the Performance Rights Class B are for a 15 Day VWAP of >=.425 even if far less are granted than the milestone. With this in mind, they have approximately 6.5 months to increase the current share price 388% to achieve these rights.
In my opinion, I would have liked to see the Rights/milestones amounts reversed as it would have been better for us as holders. Everything is better in hindsight I suppose!
