I agree with you.
As another perspective... If I was the Pivac's, I would prefer to continuously achieve the performance milestones I.e 10 houses at a commercial arms length contract & $10million revenue in a FY with these Performance Rights as a secondary objective that will likely be met by achieving the aforementioned milestones.
It's not great for us as holders, but when have they ever prioritized us?
