geeez mate its public information and i imagine the board is busy on several fronts x5 patience - its hardly earth shattering news why the big fuss? not as if you are getting any - just a small dilution in place of salary and saving funding cash for the big important issues right now before this great company and amazing product i would have easily approved double that allocation after all look at the sp appreciation for shareholders - way over the amount they get and i repeat.... they hardly dip into shareholder funds for salary indeed have a longstanding record of injecting personal funds into the company for no above market costs!
