    Hi Holders

    Has MBT made any announcement regarding the performance shares that were to be issued free to the founders if prospectus profitability targets were met. The potential dilution from these was a key concern for me when I first looked at this stock about a year ago.

    Clearly the targets havent been met - but I didnt see anything in the Annual report about these shares disappearing. Has there been any change in their terms or other announcement that I have missed?
