Watermark has no incentive to liquidate since they still earn a very healthy 1.2% management fee for losing your capital! The whole thing stinks given they were losing key investment staff during the IPO process and Justin never disclosed it to prospective investors. Another case of ASIC asleep at the wheel while a greedy manager hid material information from investors.
