As i understand the performance rights a few years back the board requested a pay rise as all the share holders jacked up at the agm and they can't have a pay rise until our market cap gets to 300 million

so hope fully the board see's this happening in the near future hopefully this is the case

then they can have there performance rights because they have put there priority's right with pushing through with 855 and doing some good business for all concerned the company and most importantly the quite patient share holder who backs this company as we are all part of team

good things are happening so it is good for all we all get a pay rise
