If only share price was a 100% correlation to performance, then I would agree. Unfortunately Mr. Market gets grumpy, cautious, and even irrational so its a bit unfair if SP was a performance indicator. I work for a top 10 asx and the share price has gone up 120% in three years with growth no where near that number. Baby steps for this little gem people, let them meet these targets, SP will take care of itself in good time, IMO.
