I reckon ABDM qualifies for some performance rights too! For me OBJ shares are worth $1, not 10 cents, so basically we are being asked to give the directors $45 million worth of shares for royalties of $20 million. Certainly it is this and this alone which has put the handbrake on the SP since the last major announcement.
