"No patent cliff desperation from big pharma" - I believe OBJ have been quite clear all along that they have avoided the pharma route due to time to market. I am also sure they will at least have a look at this opportunity at some stage as their tech develops further and becomes recognised and there is cash flow to support it.
PNO - covered many times, OBJ shareholders would generally be disinterested in this tie up.
"In reality, they were saved by P&G" - Double wow. OBJ has been working with P+G for many years, yet you insinuate that they have somehow white knighted OBJ out of sheer good heartedness and luck. Any thoughts on the GSK's and the Coty's of the world? More salvation (potentially until the deals are locked in of course) or perhaps it is all a bit more planned than that...
All of that aside, I thought this thread was all about whether the performance rights were reasonable or otherwise - so what a tangent these few comments are. Extraordinary.
