It is clear that there is a lot of behind the scenes work going on to build distribution and sales networks in China. I am expecting significant SP volatility until the wider investing community catch on to what is going on. In the short term margins from one quarter will be hidden by rapid expansion of manufacturing/ inventory costs for the sales in the next, which is common with rapid growth. I can only imagine what this will look like post Singles day/ CIIE and CFDA. I expect that JAT will be hot property next year.
