i am starting to wonder
1 . at 12.17 today a buyer jumps in and takes sellers at 96,97 and 98 a total of 382253 for a cost of approx $38000. Now this could not be a spec or punter being so keen and then
2 later in day a buyer takes 61930 but leaves a few there at 98 that makes me think he is rounding off an existing parcel as well , maybe 1 above was too
My question is ...are they expecting something they dont want to miss out on?
