OH didn't mind about ramping up that number over the years but, unfortunately, the timing of the merger meant that doubling of shares opened the floodgates of opportunity for sellers. But I don't like restructuring downward and I never wanted the share buy back which would just have disappeared in the market madness and have no material effect on the price.

OZL in another 12 months? Who knows but more likely to be northwards of today's price than southwards, imho.
