I am real confident that this will transpire. We live and learn and we DO have the advantage of a yard stick to measure against (namely CNX). That is an incredible advantage for us and huge de risk for our investment.

The ratio of SP is 0.77 CXY to CNX and overlap this with maturity of development progress and subtract the uncertainty as CNX was the first mover. What I am saying is that CXY may not "feel"its way up (as CNX has done) it may just rocket to a fair value using CNX as the gauge !

I recall also asking over and over if there some who could cast some light on what was happening with CNX and as hapsete said just accept that it is so and BUY.
