I am with you on this Cikku.
The processes to get to the point whereby we have an EGM will take a few months anyway and we can pull out up to a certain point. My belief is the current board is lacking an Independent Director or 2.
But as Cikku says we can at atleast think about it over the next few days.
Cikku when you get a chance could you get a copy of the company's constitution from the company sec?
